DOOR SALES: Hawktoberfest Wristband for Kids

Join us for the return of Hawktoberfest on Thursday, October 17th from 3:30-6pm! Purchase your wristbands for all kids between the ages of 3-16 (entry is free for adults and children 2 and under) now through October 16th online for $30. Wristbands are required for kid entry. 

Wristbands will also be available at the door.

Note:  If you purchase your wristband between 10/12 and the 16th, your name will be on a list at the door.

If you purchased your wristband before 10/12, it will go home on Monday, 10/14 or Tuesday, 10/15.

Costumes are encouraged (no masks)!

Additionally, with your wristband, you get access to:

• inflatables
• carnival games
• flush tank
• game truck
• rock climbing wall
• tiny tot train
• trunk or treat
• popcorn & cotton candy
• Photo Booth

Requests:

Volunteers: We still need many more volunteers to make this event successful (in addition to the classroom volunteer shifts). Please sign up here for a short shift to help us make Hawktoberfest a success! High school aged volunteers are also welcome if you have a teenager at home!!

Cake walk: Please donate store purchased sweet treats and baked goods at any school gate on 10/15 and 10/16 between 8:15am-8:30am. Each donation will receive 1 cake walk ticket. Cake walk tickets can also be purchased at the event for $1.

Sponsors: We are looking for Hawes Corporate Sponsors to table the event! If you're interested or know someone who might want to sponsor our school, please share this information with them!

Book drive: Please bring gently used books in good condition to contribute to the school book drive for the library!
