RUNNING CLUB
Hawes PTSA is proud to present the 100 Mile Running Club!
This program is a great way to increase physical fitness and reward students for their continued efforts toward a goal. Have fun, challenge yourself, and improve school performance. Start your day off right, come join us!

OVERVIEW
Who: 1st grade-5th grade students
Time: 8:00-8:20am (Join anytime from 8:00am to 8:20am)
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday
Start Date: October 13, 2025
Runs: Year-long; weather permitting
Cost: $20 donation (To sponsor another child, just purchase 2 of this item)
REWARDS
Participating students will receive rewards based on the following accomplishments:
25 miles – 100 Mile Club T-Shirt
50 miles – 50 Mile Club Pencil
75 miles – 75 Mile Club Bracelet
100 miles – 100 Mile Club Medal (medals will be presented during a special ceremony)
RULES
All participants must:
- Enter through the front office if arriving between 8:00 - 8:15 am.
- Run/walk during this time.
- Not leave the Running Club area until the 8:15 am bell.
- Maintain appropriate behavior throughout the activity.
- Respect volunteers, peers, and equipment
- By signing up for 100 Mile Running Club, I understand that my child is required to follow all rules and maintain appropriate behavior during this activity. If my child misbehaves, I understand that they will lose the privilege of attending.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS
We’re excited to kick off our next trimester of Hawes after-school enrichment programs! 
These on-campus classes offer students a fun and engaging way to explore new interests, build skills, and connect with friends after the school day ends.

Important Notes:
While these programs take place on the Hawes campus, they are run by our enrichment vendors in partnership with the Hawes PTSA. For class-specific questions, schedules, or concerns, please contact the vendor directly.
Families are also asked to coordinate directly with the vendors to ensure timely pickup of students at the conclusion of each class. Your cooperation helps keep dismissal smooth and safe for everyone.
